Under the supervision of Rebecca Watts, we may utilize several different types of therapy equipment. Focus is placed on Back School : strengthening, stretching and rehab programs.
You will be supplied with take-home training packets, including resistance tubing for building up weak or damaged tissue. Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Traction and Hot/ Cold packs are also used.
