There's plenty on our minds as we continue to navigate this crisis and prepare for better days ahead. While we cannot predict how and when things will return to their usual cadence, we can continue offering you peace of mind about your treatment at our clinic.

To ensure we remain in compliance please make sure you are adhering to the following:

Arrive on time for your appointment
Only patients are allowed in the clinic. Visitors are asked to wait in the car or return if they need to pick you up
Everyone is required to wear masks
Please be sure to sanitize hands when you arrive and before leaving

To the members of our Excellence in Health Chiropractic community

We are now open for regular patient visits for both Chiropractic and Massage Therapy!

Governor Mike Dunleavy, with Health Mandate 15 has removed restrictions to Chiropractic and Massage Therapy as long as significant safety measures are adhered to by providers.
We are adhering to all safety measures put into place by the State of Alaska, the CDC, and the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services to keep both our patients and our team members safe during these uncertain times.
We are also limiting our capacity to reduce the number of patients that are in the office at the same time, and to assure that we can effectively sanitize all areas of the clinic regularly throughout the day.
We are currently open 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday for Chiropractic Treatments.
We are open 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday for Massage Therapy. Please call us with any questions or concerns.

To the members of our Excellence in Health Chiropractic community,

The Mayor of Anchorage, with an emergency "hunker down" order, has mandated that all non-urgent or emergency office visits for health care clinics be postponed until April 1st, 2020 starting on March 22nd at 10:00 pm. Due to this order we will be closed to regular patient visits during this time period. We will still be seeing urgent and emergency patients during this time, and will be available to take calls and see urgent cases from 9:00 AM thru 5:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. Urgent cases include any acute flare-up of severe pain, new injury, patients involved in car accidents or falls, and/or progressing neurological symptoms such as numbness or weakness into the arms or legs. Please call us if you have any questions or need to speak with the Doctors during this time period.

To the members of our Excellence in Health Chiropractic community,

We want to take a moment to update you on the steps we are taking to make your visits to our office as safe and comfortable as possible given the current public health event we are all experiencing with the coronavirus (COVID-19). As always, your health is our priority. Please rest assured that we are here for you and are doing everything we can to keep you safe while still allowing you to get the care you need.

We want you to know that we have put in place enhanced safety and sanitation measures for the clinic. Like many clinics, we're taking our guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventative measures we can take. Each one of our treatment rooms is sanitized in between patients, our front desk area, waiting area, and restrooms are disinfected regularly throughout the day. As always, we have hand sanitizer conveniently located throughout the clinic for your use.

And of course, we are taking care of our team. We have been providing them with guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe. We're requiring team members to stay home when they have symptoms of illness.

At Excellence in Health, we are an optimistic and positive clinic. We are here for our patients. During this challenging time, we want you to take comfort in knowing that we have discontinued our cancellation fee policy. We also encourage patients who have respiratory symptoms to cancel your appointment to prevent the spread of germs. Your peace of mind is paramount to us, as is our commitment to your health and the quality of your treatments.

We are prepared to enact safety procedures required by the CDC, DHSS, and the State of Alaska to face COVID-19.

Dr. William Ross and our team members have canceled out of state trips to reduce their exposure risk as well.

On a lighter note - we have removed the chocolates from the front desk until we find individually wrapped options!

And finally, to help our patients stay healthy we have also expanded our supplement and vitamin selection to include immune-boosting options including high-quality multi-vitamins and elderberry and zinc lozenges.
